Balloons Right Now - Web Design Case Study

Balloons Right Now is a small business that brings joy and excitement, offering a variety of balloon bouquets for any event. In offline, they are popular for crafting event arrangements beautifully, providing quick service, and showing loyalty to their customers.

But their online presence wasn’t standing out so much. Even with a great functional website, they didn’t get the potential experience of online visibility to show their creativity at work.

They were getting lost among their competitors due to a lack of proper online visibility.

Google Search? When someone needed balloons for a party or event, they weren’t the first name in their client’s mind, despite their service being better than the rest.

They had a Google Business Profile, but they weren’t promoting it in a way that would get more people to see it. Leads were minimal, and the full potential of the market wasn’t reached as expected.

The Challenges

A few challenges that we tackled:

All of this meant their online presence didn’t reflect the strong reputation they had locally. All of this meant their online presence failed to reflect the offline reputation they had locally. Such an online gap between the rest of the competitors was giving them nothing but losses. To get out of this mess and drive real, measurable results, a web design agency is needed.

Our Strategy and Solutions

We didn’t just ensure a fresh look on site. Every decision made during the website redesign had a clear purpose and plan. Not only did we rely on design and random transformation, but we also followed a well-thought-out marketing strategy to achieve some specific goals. Here’s how we accomplished it:

1. Website Redesign

We started designing this website from scratch to ensure visual responsiveness.

  • Prioritized mobile-friendly interface, because that’s where everyone is coming from.
  • Made a smooth and engaging UI/UX interface for local visitors.
  • Doubled the site speed compared to the previous version for maximizing mobile performance.
  • Added easy CTA buttons like “book” and “contact features” to get potential leads.
2. Google Business Profile Creation & Optimization

Since “Local visibility” was key to appearing among other shops, we use some strategies here.

  • Verified their Google Business Profile, and included accurate NAP-like (Name, Address, Phone) details.
  • Considering real photos always get attention, we uploaded high-quality, captured balloon and other item arrangements.
  • Added different business categories, GBP posts, and consistently replied to customer reviews to build trust.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

A beautiful UI/UX helps attract visitors, but if the site is not optimized for search engines, every effort is worthless.

  • We run in-depth keyword research to understand potential local client queries.
  • Optimized one-page factors like meta tags, meta description, headings, and updated each content to align with search intent.
  • Applied local NAP citations, schema markup, and authorized using local backlinks.
  • Fixed all broker links, speed up the site load time, added a sitemap, and fixed indexing issues for proper crawling.
